Love the clock. It is beautiful and sounds great! We were told it would be delivered in one week, it arrived in two. I think Denise works alone and places orders to a warehouse and doesn't have direct information on shipping. She left for a week, the week our clock was supposed to arrive, and there was no one to communicate with. A great price, and she will get it to you, but you will need to be patient.
