The man and woman were not working to well and I reached out to the company for advice, and their reply was they wanted to know my name. Excuse me? I need help with your product, and you ask my name. Will deal with another company in the future. The man and woman I thought was working a bit better, but not really. --------------------------------------------------------------------- The reason we asked for a name was the customer did not supply any information with the email, order number, name etc. We were just trying to confirm it was one of our customers and confirm the item purchased. No where on the order was the name that was supplied.
