I order this clock for a gift to my friend. There were delay in product delivery due to USPS. I received prompt response from KEN on status as well as he followed up with USPS. I received my item just in time.
I earlier had similar clock when I was in Basel, CH. While ordering, I thought the material of clock will not be same as what I had. But I found that this clock is exact same and my friend love this gift.
