522QM Quartz Carved Musical Cuckoo Clock

My sister in law Monica started this tradition with her married children and I decided that this year would be a great year to do the same for my two married children. I have three cuckoo clocks of my own, they are had wound, but I do believe I will be ordering one of these for myself. They are well crafted, delightful in sound, and I love the hourly songs. the girls will be getting them for Christmas this year. A side note: Hallmark Ornaments have a Santa holding a cuckoo clock this year. They will be getting those too. The service was wonderful and all of the transactions were done is a very timely manner. I purchsed two of these clocks for my married children. I had received a cuckoo clock for a wedding present from my mother who was from Bavaria, Germany, so I wanted to give one to my children as well. I chose the digital clock so they would not have to remember to wind them up or worry about pets or children playing with the chains. The clock has a calming water sound and a more natural sounding cuckoo than my old clock, and it also plays a tune on the hour. The only drawback that I have found so far is that it did not come with instructions on setting the time or using the different fucntions. It is supposed to have an automatic nighttime shut off (I think), but we have not figured that out yet.
