- The picture shows a clock properly boxed.
- This picture shows the main components of the Cuckoo
Clock packing box. On some clocks the center section is
not included. The clock should not move around in the
box or damage will occur.
- Place the clock into the box as shown prior to
placing the weights in the box.
- Place the weights into the box at the top of the
roof. Please note that if the weights are loose in
the box and not secured, your clock will be damaged. If
you cannot get the weights properly in the box it is
best to pack them separately.
- Sometimes paper on top of the weights help to keep
them in place.
- Lower the lower top flap onto the clock.
- Place the pendulum and headpiece in between the
upper and lower top flap. Please note that some
hunters clocks will also have the deer head and antlers
packaged under the lower part of the cuckoo clock in the
lower section of the box.
- Lower the upper top flap and close the box and tape
for shipping. Always double box the clock, do not
ship any clock in it's original box.
- Box is taped and ready for shipping.
